What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Contact forms
We store contact data forms for up to 6 months after the request has been handled unless legally compelled to do otherwise.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

We do not analyze your behaviour on this site, monitor or store this information.
An automated ping will be send after a while on the site to attempt to provide further assistance in order to create a dialogue if a user is unsure on completing a checkout or in need of general help. If a session is opened with this livechat help dialogue data is harvested of your user agent, time of contact and general purpose of the conversation.
This data is not stored longer than legal requirements in this case 6 months.
Who we share your data
We don’t. Exept in outlier cases explained in this document.
Or if a server is purchased which requires a connection to external services. This depends on the service of choice.
ex. A steam server will always share data with the steam network.
How long we retain your data
Data is retained for as long as is needed for your purposes. If you have a purchased server we will keep your data for a period of one month after you cease your dealing with us in case you wish to return.
Data regarding you such as logins and emails, etc are stored as long as they are required. If you do not want us to store them anymore or after a period of 6 months of inactivity they will be deleted as it is assumed you no longer wish to use our services.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
Server information and data will be send to relevant parties by your own choice through server use.
Email and login data will not be send anywhere unless legally required to do so.
